keep fresh?
A: Once you've
received your
order, refrigerate
what you will
consume in 2 or
3 days, the rest
can be frozen.
Freezing your
product will allow
up to 6 months
storage.
Q: How do I
store my purchased
meat products?
A: It is best to
keep them sealed
in the original
package and kept
in a cool dry place.
Freezing will allow
them to retain their
freshness for a
long timeup
to 6 months. If
not used within
2 or 3 days, freeze
unused portions
and thaw as needed.
Q: Will they
keep fresh and not
spoil in my backpack?
A: Taking along
some of our meat
products is always
a good addition
to a hiking or camping
trip. Our meat products
will not spoil in
your pack and will
retain their freshness
if you keep them
sealed. Be sure
to consume any unused
portions soon after
