The Jerky Shoppe™ started operations in 1988 as a privately owned full-service meat market in Maple Grove Minnesota, known as Maple Grove Meats, Inc. After successfully establishing ourselves at that location we began shifting focus toward State Fairs, Sportsman Shows and other large community events in the upper Midwest. Our high quality and great tasting meat products allowed us more than a decade of steady growth after our initial startup.

We have now expanded into popcorn snacks with our Big Pop brand.
